The plant was already selling oral tablets, and the building still had to be remade to PIC/S GMP.
The site is in Hsinchu County. PE ZD’s turnkey scope was detail design, procurement, construction, and test qualification, including validation and qualification. It is not recorded as contract manufacturing.
