The work we hold
Design
Turnkey starts on the drawing. URS to DQ gets the grade right, from design through validation, right the first time.
Build
Cleanroom, HVAC, and utilities in one contract. A running plant can be rebuilt one zone at a time.
Validation
Commissioning, qualification, and validation, nested from engineering acceptance to full GxP. All inside PE ZD’s scope.
IoT EVMS
One set of sensors for the night shift and for the mapping study. The platform is ATloge. PE ZD installs it on the plant.
PCM
Turnkey work, consulting, and qualification follow one sequence, and PE ZD holds all three.
