Challenge and approach

The plant was 40 years old, shipments could not stop, and the room still had to become ISO 7.

PE ZD did the design, construction, and qualification, and answered the authority’s inspection and dossier questions. Scope covered HVAC, the cleanroom, process gas, and C&Q. The area is 155 m². Construction took 2 months, and design to validation took 5. Outcome: the agriculture-authority audit was passed.
