Challenge and approach
The veterinary drug was already on the market, made by a chemical reaction, and the plant still had to be rebuilt to PIC/S GMP.
The site is in Hsinchu County. PE ZD held both the consulting role and the turnkey role: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and test qualification. The facility stage includes concept design, detail design, construction, commissioning, and validation.
