The product was in the clinic, the process was cell culture, and the building had to be rebuilt while that work was underway.
The site is in Hsinchu County. PE ZD’s turnkey scope was detail design, equipment procurement, construction, and test qualification, including validation and qualification. The target is PIC/S GMP.
