The lab had to support contract manufacturing of a biologics cell culture, and it had to reach a state that could be qualified.
The site is in Taipei. PE ZD’s turnkey scope was URS, procurement, construction, and test qualification, through detail design, construction, and validation. The regulatory target is PIC/S GMP.
